Dave Johnson

I am Dave Johnson. I am a software developer / tech writer / blogger / scientist living and working in Vancouver where there is lots of great mountain biking and skiing. Back in the wild west of Web 1.0 circa 1998 Andre, James and I started a little web development shop while still in high school. Today we are named Nitobi and have grown _very_ organically based entirely on our hard work and a generally mythical thing called revenue - all the while getting a few degrees from the University of British Columbia and Imperial College London. Today we are finally taking advantage of this new fangled Ajax thing that we have been tirelessly trying to hawk for many years now! Together, James and I share the hat of CTO and guide the technology direction here in terms of products as well as methodology around consulting. However, I have been known to do my part for tech support, write build scripts and installers, talk about all things Ajax and make a coffee or two. eBusiness Applications (our terribly named company )
