Using the Grid component, I have noticed that in addition to the dependent files listed when saving, the get and put handler files are in the local site but do not get loaded to the remote site and the grid will not work without them

Thanks for pointing that out - we might be able to tweak the API call to get this done automatically. I'll put a note in the documentation for now.
