I want to fire onchange method of listbox like the HTML select element once the selected item be changed, not when the element is off focus.

Hello

I believe we have that functionality with the OnAfterCellEdit event, which can be set on the column. I would recommend trying that event, and if you are having problems, posting in the new Grid Forum.
