Hi,

I have a problem with the grid textarea editor. When we enter a ' char and then change to another cell, the grid display this char with the ' code.

I try to replace it with javascript whith validatecellevent or onblurcellevent, but no results.

Indeed the char is steel a ' and not a html code like ' it seems to be the layer display which transfrom the char and i don't manage to access it in javascript.

This problem does'nt appear with a textcolumn and can be expirement in any navigator on the demo site of nitobi ( demo grid -> ediotrs type).

Hi,

Thanks for pointing this bug out. I have submitted it to our issue tracker. It seems like this bug only happens in Internet Explorer, and like you mentioned only in the display layer, so to speak.

I'll post a reply to this thread when an update regarding the issue comes up.
