Here at Nitobi, we've been creating extraordinary mobile and web applications for more than a decade. Our passion is end-user experience, which is why we're so committed to changing the way rich internet applications are built. We use the latest technologies like Ajax, Flash, Flex, Ruby, .NET and AIR to build software that keeps users engaged, active and coming back for more.

Nitobi is the creator of PhoneGap, an open source development tool for building fast, easy, cross-platform mobile apps with HTML and JavaScript that take advantage of core features in the iPhone, Google Android, Palm, Symbian and BlackBerry SDKs. Since winning the Web 2.0 Expo LaunchPad competition in 2009, the open source code has been downloaded more than 300,000 times and thousands of apps built using PhoneGap are available in mobile app stores and directories.

We've appeared on CNN.com, Wired, Network World, and Ajaxian for innovation in the area of Ajax development. We're an active member in the OpenAJAX Alliance, wrote 'Enterprise Ajax' published in 2007 by Prentice Hall, and speak at the coolest industry events, including Ajaxworld and JavaOne.
